欢迎您使用"51吃瓜"平台（以下简称"本平台"）。在您注册、登录或使用本服务前，请务必审慎阅读、充分理解本协议各条款内容，特别是免责声明、处罚规则、管辖法律等粗体字部分。当您按照注册页面提示填写信息、阅读并同意本协议且完成全部注册程序后，即表示您已充分阅读、理解并接受本协议的全部内容。
一、账号注册与安全
- 注册方式：本平台支持用户名快速注册。用户应确保设置的昵称、简介等信息不包含违法、违规或侵犯第三方合法权益的内容。
- 账号权属：账号所有权归本平台所有，用户仅享有使用权。账号严禁买卖、租赁或转让。
- 信息真实性：尽管支持免手机号注册，但根据相关法律法规，用户在发布内容、打赏或进行特定交互时，本平台有权要求您完成进一步的身份认证。
二、用户行为规范
用户在使用本平台过程中，必须遵循以下准则，不得制作、复制、发布、传播含有下列内容的信息：
- 反对宪法所确定的基本原则的；
- 危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；
- 损害国家荣誉和利益的；
- 歪曲、丑化、亵渎、否定英雄烈士事迹和精神的；
- 宣扬恐怖主义、极端主义的；
- 散布谣言，扰乱经济秩序和社会秩序的；
- 散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
- 侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人名誉、隐私、肖像权、知识产权或其他合法权益的；
- 含有法律、行政法规禁止的其他内容的。
三、知识产权声明
- 用户原创内容：用户在本平台发布的图文、视频等内容的原创版权归用户所有。但用户同意授予本平台在全球范围内、永久、免费、不可撤销的、非独家的使用许可（包括但不限于展示、传播、改编或用于推广）。
- 平台资源：平台提供的UI设计、算法机制、品牌标识等知识产权均归"51吃瓜"运营方所有，未经授权不得抓取、镜像或反向工程。
四、算法与推送说明
- 个性化服务：平台通过自动化决策算法为您提供"吃瓜资讯"、"热门动漫"等内容的精准分发。
- 控制权：您有权在设置中关闭个性化推荐。关闭后，您的内容分发质量可能会下降，系统将仅展示通用热门内容。
五、免责声明（重要）
- 内容真实性：平台用户发布的内容（包括所谓的"资讯"）仅代表用户个人立场，平台不对内容的真实性、合法性、准确性做任何保证。
- 不可抗力：平台因系统维护、网络故障、黑客攻击或政府管制等不可抗力导致的暂停服务，不承担赔偿责任。
- 第三方链接：平台中可能包含第三方广告或链接，用户因点击进入第三方页面产生的纠纷与本平台无关。
六、违规处理
若用户违反本协议约定，本平台有权视情节轻重采取以下措施：
- 警告并责令整改；
- 删除或屏蔽相关内容；
- 限制账号部分或全部功能；
- 永久封禁账号且不予恢复；
- 保存相关记录并向有关监管部门举报。
七、未成年人保护
本平台设有"青少年模式"，建议未成年用户在监护人指导下开启该模式。
未成年用户不得进行任何消费性打赏、充值行为。平台一旦发现违规充值，将协助监护人进行退款处理。
八、法律管辖与争议解决
- 管辖法律：本协议的订立、执行和解释及争议的解决均适用【中华人民共和国法律/运营主体所在地法律】。
- 争议解决：如双方就本协议内容或其执行发生任何争议，双方应尽量友好协商解决；协商不成时，任何一方均可向平台运营主体所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

51 Chigua User Service Agreement
Effective date: May 14, 2026
Welcome to the "51 Chigua" platform (the "Platform"). Before registering, signing in, or otherwise using this service, please read and fully understand each clause of this Agreement, especially the bolded sections covering disclaimers, penalty rules, and governing law. By completing the information on the registration page, agreeing to this Agreement, and finishing the registration flow, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the entire content of this Agreement.
1. Account Registration and Security
- Registration method: The Platform supports quick username-based registration. You must ensure that any nickname, bio, or other information you set does not contain illegal content or content that infringes the rights of any third party.
- Account ownership: Account ownership belongs to the Platform; you only hold a right to use it. Buying, selling, leasing, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Identity verification: Although phone-number-free registration is supported, the Platform may, in line with applicable laws and regulations, require you to complete additional identity verification when posting content, sending rewards, or performing certain interactions.
2. User Conduct
When using the Platform, you must follow the rules below and must not create, copy, publish, or distribute any information that:
- opposes the basic principles established in the constitution;
- endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
- harms national honor or interests;
- distorts, vilifies, profanes, or denies the deeds or spirit of heroes and martyrs;
- promotes terrorism or extremism;
- spreads rumors and disrupts economic or social order;
- spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or incites criminal activity;
- insults or defames others, or infringes on others' reputation, privacy, likeness, intellectual property, or other lawful rights;
- is otherwise prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.
3. Intellectual Property
- User-generated content: Original copyrights in images, text, videos, and other content you publish on the Platform belong to you. However, you grant the Platform a worldwide, perpetual, free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use that content (including but not limited to display, distribution, adaptation, and promotional use).
- Platform assets: The Platform's UI design, algorithms, brand marks, and other intellectual property belong to the operator of "51 Chigua." Scraping, mirroring, or reverse engineering without authorization is prohibited.
4. Algorithms and Push Notifications
- Personalized service: The Platform delivers content such as "trending news" and "popular anime" through automated decision-making algorithms.
- Your control: You may disable personalized recommendations in settings. After disabling, recommendation quality may decline and the system will only display generic trending content.
5. Disclaimer (Important)
- Content accuracy: Content posted by users on the Platform (including so-called "news") reflects only the user's personal position. The Platform makes no guarantee as to the authenticity, legality, or accuracy of such content.
- Force majeure: The Platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as system maintenance, network failures, hacker attacks, or government action.
- Third-party links: The Platform may contain third-party ads or links. Disputes arising from your interactions with third-party pages are not related to the Platform.
6. Handling of Violations
If you breach this Agreement, the Platform may, depending on severity, take one or more of the following measures:
- issue a warning and require remediation;
- remove or block the relevant content;
- restrict part or all of the account's functions;
- permanently ban the account with no possibility of restoration;
- retain related records and report to the competent regulator.
7. Protection of Minors
The Platform provides a Youth Mode and recommends that minor users enable it under guardian supervision.
Minors must not make any reward or top-up payments. If unauthorized top-ups are detected, the Platform will work with the guardian to process a refund.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing law: The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by [the laws of the People's Republic of China / the laws of the operator's location].
- Dispute resolution: Any dispute regarding this Agreement or its performance shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If no resolution is reached, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court with jurisdiction at the operator's location.
